No more toothless gummi smiles!

Melanie got her first tooth today.. my little baby woke up with a tooth poking thru her gummi and now she has a second one about to poke thru too. I just cannot believe how fast she has grown. She looks so cute with her new little toofer and she is a little less uncomfortable now that it has poke thru her gum. Now we have another one waiting to come out. Somebody please make her stop growing!

Why mommy Why??!!!

Baby jail that is.. lol.. Melanie will not stop rolling. She literally will roll across the room and with a toddler going up and down the stairs and leaving the basement door open we decided to get Melanie a play yard so that way she would be a little safer while playing on the floor when Im cleaning or doing something else.. She really liked it because we put all of her baby toys and the playyard has a mirror and toys so she had a blast!

We took Maddy to Chuck E Cheese and she loved playing Mario Kart, the game took her picture and put her face on the character so she wanted to be Princess Peach LOL here is the result...

So my Kimmi will be taking our family pics, Madison's 3rd year pics and Melanie's 6 months pics.. I know, a lot! We will be taking the pics this month and I cannot wait! We are in the search for outfits right now. I just love Kim Harms Photography. I am addicted to it!

2 more weeks!

And my little princess will be 3!! Gosh seriously that where did time go? Now, my little baby will be 3 years old. We have a huge party planned for her.. Build a Bear! We ordered her cake today and she was so excited. That was our last thing to do before the big day. We bought her American Dolls and matching outfits for her birthday, we get the catalogs all the time and everytime we get them she gets so excited..looks at it and tells me which one she wants. Little that she knows that she has 2 American Dolls waiting for her! 2 more weeks Maddy! Here is her special 3rd birthday presents! What do you think?? I think they look just like her hehe

6th month check up!

Melanie is 6 months old!!! Thats's half year.. she has grown so fast. I took her to the dr today and here are the stats...

At birth: 5 lbs 11 oz
17.5 inches long

At 1 month: 7 lbs 1 oz
20 inches long

At 2 months: 8 lbs 4 oz
20 3/4 inches long

At 4 months: 10 lbs 15 oz
23 1/4 inches long

At 6 months: 13 lbs 3 oz
25 inches long

Life goes by so fast thats for sure. Melanie is now rolling everywhere, sitting a little, eating solids, picking up toys and playing with them, laughing out loud, etc. She has made our lives so wonderful and she has made her sister the happiest big sister ever. Life cannot get any better than this and I thank God everyday and Matthew for sending us Melanie.
Her doctor was so suprised on how strong and advance she is for being a preemie. She saw her rolling and standing up while holding my fingers and she was very happy to see how healthy she is. She got 4 shots which bled a lot but she got over it quick.
She goes back at 9 months.

Let the woman talk!

Melanie was having a very serious conversation with her buddy.. Mrs Rabbit. She talked to the bunny for about 20 mins. Very very serious conversation. I still dont know what exactly was that all about but I just know that Melanie was on a mission.
